TraderInMotion	# Posted: 22 Oct 2008 09:30 Reply I have recently opened an account with Sharebuilder (ING DIRECT) and the process was so simple I actually began trading that day. On the other hand, I tried to open an account with SOGOTRADE and it has been a nightmare[/u]. The home page leads you to believe you can begin immediately, but that is NOT TRUE[u]. I opened the acccout; then tried to transfer funds (bank routing information went through online). Then I get a message that I can't transfer funds until I print out the ACH Form and a Signature form and I must mail these to Sogotrade with a voided check and a photo ID. I have been trying to process this for 2 weeks and still can't trade on line with them. The online chat guides you to an 888 number to call so you can;t get online help in real time. This place is a joke.[i][/i] __________________
