QPRJ...trading higher from the 52 week lows, MACD and RSI showing a trend higher, once the stock gets to 0.15 it has a gap to fill to the upside to 0.22, after that there is another to 0.25, watch for these to begin being filled

Quadra Negotiating Long Term Supply Contract
LAS VEGAS, NV, Dec 22, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- QUADRA PROJECTS INC. ("Quadra" or the "Company"), its stock quoted on the OTC BB under the trading symbol (OTCBB: QPRJ), announced that it is in the final stages of completing a long term supply agreement for waste tires for its proposed waste tire plant in the US. Negotiations are expected to be concluded with a 20 year fixed supply agreement.
The Supplier's President advised that the Supplier has access of up to 1,200 Tons of waste tires per day in the South Eastern part of the US which will be available for future expansion of the existing plant or the construction of new plants. The QES process disposes of the MSW efficiently with no measurable pollution in addition to creating a secondary source of revenue.
Present methods of handling and disposing of a wide variety of waste material, without having negative effects on the environment, is a major challenge currently costing governments hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars.
Following are details of the many features and advantages of becoming involved in the use of the QES system technology which will not only reduce costs but efficiently dispose of the ever mounting accumulations of waste products which range from E-waste, to used tires, municipal waste and hospital waste among the most common types of waste materials.

Independent engineering testing is scheduled after completion of the in house testing.
